Coldstream Elementary School
Vernon, British Columbia
Designed to LEED Gold equivalent, this project was a new elementary school where Falcon Engineering implemented a vertical slinky, closed loop geothermal system with distributed ground source heat pumps. Resource saving initiatives include:
- Variable hydronic flow
- Demand control ventilation
- Heat recovery from exhaust air to make up air
- Low consumption fixtures
