The Shore

The Shore is a residential rental development across the street from the popular Gyro Beach location in Kelowna, BC. A local developer, Rise Commercial Developments, assembled a multi-province design team including Falcon Engineering locally for electrical to detail the project.
The unique building features design that is split on the lower level by a breezeway. The project includes two levels of covered parking, a main level of commercial retail units, 2nd story professional office level and three levels of residential rental suites. The third floor includes an exterior amenities deck featuring patio heaters, barbeques, and landscaping.
