The Fipke Centre is a research/teaching facility containing research labs and offices, teaching labs, classrooms and 300 seat lecture theatre.
Falcon Engineering provided complete design of power distribution, energy efficient lighting and controls, life safety systems, information technology systems and audio-visual coordination. The project was awarded five Green Globes.
